The Province of Quebec will implement spring thaw weight restrictions for 2019 from approximately March 25^th to May 24^th.  As a result, all payload weights in equipment to be delivered by Oceanex during this timeframe must be reduced accordingly; specific weight restrictions can be found on the Oceanex website: https://www.oceanex.com/thaw-period/.
