Montreal, QC – February 16, 2016 – Oceanex Inc., a leading multimodal transportation provider servicing the province of Newfoundland and Labrador from anywhere in North America, is pleased to announce a renewed commitment to its customers by introducing a newly formed Third Party Logistics division (3PL).

Oceanex Global Logistics is already in full throttle operating out of our Montreal offices. Our new division is lead by General Manager Johanne Goulet who recently joined Oceanex and brings a solid third party logistics background with her.

According to Executive Chairman, Captain Sid Hynes, “Oceanex Global Logistics was established to meet the growing customer demand to provide the high level of quality service and reliability customers have become accustomed to, for other key markets within North America.”

Oceanex has a long standing history of providing an exceptional level of quality, consistent and reliable services throughout North America destined for the Newfoundland & Labrador markets. Now, through our Third Party Logistics division, we can expand our services into additional markets.

The expansion of its service offerings is in keeping with Oceanex’s strategic plan, mission and vision to become the most successful transportation company in Eastern Canada. Oceanex Inc., an ISO certified company focused on safety and customer service, offers a complete range of shipping and trucking services to Newfoundland and Labrador from anywhere in North America. Oceanex sets the pace in service efficiency, safe operations and reliability.
