The Province of Quebec will implement spring thaw weight restrictions for 2019 from approximately March 25th to May 24th.  As a result, all payload weights in equipment to be delivered by Oceanex during this timeframe must be reduced accordingly; specific weight restrictions can be found on the Oceanex website:
